Joe Kelly – Managing Director
Joe started the company in September 2008. Having previously managed two other plumbing and drainage companies over a 13 year period, he had a vision of creating a large company but one that was built on family values. Today, that vision is very much becoming a reality. Having worked his way from plumber to managing director, Joe understands the pressures put on both the operations and the engineering side of the company. His ethos is to employ good people and to look after and pay them well. Joe has quickly built a very successful business by delivering outstanding levels of customer service and places importance on good communication. Scott Fixter – Finance Manager
Scott has been working at Defluo since June 2009 and is responsible for running our finance department and manages all things finance. Scott plans for our development and ensures that there is enough money in the bank to regularly update our fleet. He makes sure our engineers have enough uniform and regularly meets with suppliers to get us the best discounts, which in turn we pass on ensuring that we give all customers value for money. Lee Palmer – Senior Contracts Manager
Lee joined Defluo in May 2010. Initially working on sales Lee has progressed to ensuring that once a customer is using our services they won’t want to go anywhere else. Lee quickly identified that the core weakness in most ‘trade’ businesses is poor communication and therefore works hard with our engineers and office staff to ensure that our communication with our customers is the best it can be. Lee meets with new clients and oversees each new account for a 'settling in period' before he passes them over to a member of the operations team. Danny Palmer – Operations Manager
Danny is the most recent addition to the team joining in January 2011. With an engineering background Danny had been working in the wireless technology sector and wanted a fresh challenge. Danny brings organisation skills, a good geographical knowledge and excellent customer communication to the table and has been employed to ensure that as Defluo grows, our service continues to improve. Ayo Daramola–Martin – Marketing and Advisory Services
Ayo not only looks after the marketing side of our business (including our website), he is also a sounding board for all the new ideas we have as a company to improve and grow. Ayo is currently assisting us in obtaining ISO 9000 and working on a business plan for not only this year but the next 3 years.
